To receive a full reimbursement for services, cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled session. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice are not eligible for reimbursement due to reserved time and allocated resources. You may request one rescheduling per session, provided you give at least 24 hours’ notice.

Certain premium, one-on-one coaching sessions or specially customized group workshops are sold as final sale due to the personalized preparation and commitment of our experts. These offerings are clearly marked as non-reimbursable at purchase, and fees for these services cannot be reimbursed.

8. Modifications to Terms

MarksNewSet reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time by posting updated terms on the Site. Significant changes will be highlighted for 30 days. Continued use after modification constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Toronto, Ontario.
